This villa is situated in a prime location with the famous Burriana beach and the town of Nerja within a short walking distance.

The property was built with the living area on the upper level so as to maximize the stunning beach and sea views.

Entering the house on the lower floor there is a hallway leading to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a spacious master bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes that has patio doors giving access to the pool and terraces, a twin bedded room and a further bedroom with bunk beds.Upstairs one enters the comfortable lounge and dining room with patio doors across the whole frontage  leading on to a spacious terrace, ideal for dining “al fresco” or soaking up the sun and taking in the wonderful views.The kitchen is  fully fitted with electric oven, hob, fridge- freezer, microwave and a washing machine.Outside there is the private swimming pool and terraces with space for sunbathing and children to play.
