Situated only 10 minutes walk away from the centre of Nerja in a quiet area, close to the Parador Hotel are villas Flamingo and Victoria which are next door to each other.
Both villas are furnished to a high standard and offer the perfect accommodation for groups of friends, couples and families alike.
On entering the villa, the ground floor offers a spacious lounge and dining area with ceiling fan, w.c. and a fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops, dishwasher, full oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. 2 terrace patio doors lead onto a covered terrace, ideal for dining "al fresco" from which a couple of steps lead down to the pool and garden area. In both houses the pools are surrounded by garden/lawned area.
Pool Victoria: Kidney shaped, 6 x 4 metres - 1.4 m. depth.
Pool Flamingo: rectangular, 9 x 4 metres - 0.9m-1.8m depth.
From the ground floor hallway stairs lead down to a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and modern en-suite shower room. Upstairs on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twin rooms which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The double and 1 of the twin rooms share a terrace with pool/garden views.
Facilities: Washing machine - dishwasher - hob and oven - fridge freezer - microwave - safe - fans - Sat TV (limited channels) - CD Player - DVD Player - Central heating for colder winter months.
In both houses towels and linen are changed on a weekly basis. Extra cleaning is available and payable locally or at time of booking.
