Situated in the Capistrano Playa area Of Nerja, above the famous Burriana Beach, this beautiful and recently built property commands the same spectacular sea views as it´s sister houses, Dos Ardillas, Azalea and El Paraíso.
Access to Burriana beach with it array of bars and restaurants is only a 5 minute walk away, Nerja town centre approximately 30 mins walk, 5 minutes by car.
The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs leads up to the top floor where there is a cloakroom/toilet, lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. The lounge is equipped with Sat TV, DVD Player and CD player and there are patio doors leading on to a large terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views.
As in all of our houses the kitchens are fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine and the usual eletrical appliances such as toaster, coffee maker and kettle, etc. Furnishings throughout are of a very good standard in a contemporary style. From the lounge/dining area a staircase leads up to a roof terace from which there are stunning panoramic views.
