La Casita is a small two bedroom house in a prime position just  300 metres from the famous Burriana Beach in a residential street.

One enters the house directly into an open plan lounge/kitchen area with breakfast bar and small dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. There is TV with limited satellite channels and ceiling fan in the lounge, occasional tables and 2 sofas.

From the living area stairs lead down to the 2 bedrooms, both of which have twin beds and built in wardrobes. There is also a bathroom on this lower floor with shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin and bidet.

A steep spiral staircase leads from the kitchen area up to a delightful roof terrace where there are sun loungers and patio furniture to enjoy meals al fresco. A good part of this terrace has a retractable sunblind covering it giving shade in the hottest part of the day.

This property may be unsuitable for young children due to the steep spiral  staircase from lounge to roof terrace.
